Middle & High School
The purpose of our middle/high school athletics program is to encourage our athletes to compete at the highest possible level. In middle school, athletes should be fine tuning their basic skills and developing a greater understanding of strategy related to their sport. At the high school level, athletes should have a solid grasp of basic skills and strategy, and be able to compete at a high level. In both middle and high school, strength and conditioning will be emphasized in order to enhance performance in the particular sport. Ultimately, our goal is to be good stewards of the opportunities God has blessed us with, and to play/compete in such a way (both physically, and in our attitudes) that God is glorified.

The purpose of our elementary sports/fitness program is to encourage an appreciation for sports and fitness. The emphasis is on skill development and teamwork. We want our young athletes to learn how to play each sport correctly, effectively, and have a great time in the process. This will allow for a smooth transition into our middle/high school sports program.
Here are some of the sports and fitness activities available (all sports are co-ed):
K-5th grade “Mileage Club” (This is a non-competitive, after-school running/walking club)
